There are alot of people who're often stressed, either because of school and homework, work to earn enough money, or other things that might give stress.
To be stressed is not fun, and it's not good for the health either and many do often want to get this stress away.
Here are some tips about how to handle stress:
Rubber ball (Also called stress ball):
A rubber ball can be made in any form, some are made like balls with rubber spikes, some are formed like chairs, some are formed like a... blot. They are also made in any colors.
Thir rubber ball is made by rubber who are so soft that it's fun and lovely to just sqeeze it as hard as possible :3
How does this help stress?
It helps cause you will get all of your mind over at the rubber ball to sqeeze it instead of the problems or things that makes you get stressed.
Yoga:
Yoga can be in many different types, one of them are just to sit down, maybe have a candle or just something who gives out light, thoward you.
Take a deep breath 10 times, each time when you take the breath, let it out slowly, and then do the same thing again while your eyes are closed.
Just let everything get out of the body.
Sleep
Sleep is important!
When you get less sleep than you really need, you will also feel more stress than normal.
8 hours with sleep is good for the health and stress, so don't be afraid to get much sleep. c;
Alcohol, tea and coffee.
Alcohol, coffee and tea makes your body stressed.
The tips here is to try to not drink alcohol, coffee or tea 2 hours before you are going to bed.
